First steps to the world investing
On October 31 the third MARCHMONT'S Investment Guide to Russia was presented in Novosibirsk-an important step on the way to present investing potential of Tomsk region to the world community.
OJSC IMC “FiBr” deals with venture investing and innovative projects development and, in addition to all this, it present investing potential of Tomsk region in the world investment community.

On October 31 the third MARCHMONT'S Investment Guide to Russia was presented in Novosibirsk. The first journal of this kind in Siberian region covers the investment opportunities of Novosibirsk region, economical prospects and innovation potential.

The expert opinion was given by leading companies managers of Novosibirsk region, representatives of science and industry. The experts of IMC “FiBr” –Olga Pokrovskaya and Alyona Kostyk also took part in working out Modern technology sector review . Section devoted to the Tomsk region opens the complimentary address of the chairman of board of directors of IMC “FiBr” NikolayA. Badulin.

The presentation was preceded by a round-table discussion how to attract direct investment to growing regional companies. This discussion was attended by representatives of investment companies, such as managing company Monomakh and Mamonov investment group,FiBr, as well as by Novosibirsk and Tomsk entrepreneurs and by Swiss bank UBP’s top-manager Gregg Robins.

The presentation event was attended by more than 150 representative of business and science of Novosibirsk and Tomsk. Deputy Regional Governor Vladimir Nikonov mentioned that " Marchmont team gave a fresh view on the economic processes in the Novosibirsk region”.
Reperesentatives of Tomsk region were engaged to the presentation of the journal and discussion of economical prospects of Siberian region (Electropulse, Anglo-Siberskaya group).

The Competition’s committee meeting took place on the 5 of November. JSC “FiBr” was chosen as the winner of “Delivery and supply of licensed software product for business-planning and investment analysis - Project Expert 7 Professional or analogue” competititon.
Tomsk Politechnical University announced this competition in the framework of Innovative Educational Program 2007-2008.
Till the end of November JSC “FiBr” will deliver Net-versions of “Project Expert 7 Professional” and “Project Expert 7.21 Holding”, and, moreover, the educational version of “Project Expert” for 40 computers of Tomsk Politechnical University.
